Description
In Vaglio on the sunny hills of Biella, in the middle of the woods, overlooking the plain so as to glimpse Monviso, a villa was built entirely surrounded by greenery and a large garden.
In the early 2000s, an impressive internal and external renovation designed by architect Merlini opened up new spaces and dimensions, giving the environment fluidity of shapes and lights, inspired by the house of the waterfalls by architect Lloyd Wright.
The villa is arranged on two living levels above ground and a basement.
The entrance reflects the elegance and care reserved in the creation of the property by the designer, in fact we find "The embrace" an original work that welcomes guests in an environment made even brighter by the well of natural light positioned above.
Continuing we find the living room arranged on two levels, characterized by large sliding windows that in the summer give direct access to the garden terrace.
The large eat-in kitchen, with central island, makes the environment modern and pleasant.
On the same floor but in an area of the more private house, there is the first bedroom with its own bathroom, equipped with a hydromassage tub and a shower.
Also on the ground floor we find a service bathroom, the laundry room and the closet
Through the suggestive circular staircase, between light effects and quality materials, we access the upper floor where we find the bathroom serving the other two very spacious bedrooms equipped with terraces and balconies.
There are two accessory buildings intended for garage or storage where a maximum of six vehicles can be placed.
The surrounding park is completely fenced, includes a small lake fed by private springs, an orchard area and a vegetable garden area. The well-kept and well-planted garden enlivens the environment with many colors in the spring.--5655556e790aa7e5251260056ef76cde!
