On offer is quite a unique property in Itacaré in the southern part of the State of Bahia located in a private tropical valley just 3 km from the most beautiful beaches of Itacaré: Engenhoca surfing beach and Itacarézinho. Due to the fact that the previous owner was an agronomist, 30 different types of fruits can be found on the farm including cupuaçu, acerola, graviola, jaca as well as recently added manga, abacaxi, jabuticaba
As soon as one enters the premises one can benefit from three sources of income: accommodation in bungalows or furnished houses, horseback riding and equestrian stays, and finally the sale of coconuts (20,000/year).
The setting of this valley is a 7 ha primary forest (mata atlantica) which offers a grandiose panoramic view from all the singular homes. On the outskirts the neighboring properties are all protected forest areas. Some days you will hear the sea located 2 km away as the crow flies. Every day you will enjoy a mild climate all year round, max. 33°C, min. 15°C, and the serene atmosphere of the place thanks to the distance from any urban center.
