Topography and Size:
For sale is a larger landplot, called the “Fazenda Pontal”, in Itacaré (Brazilian state of Bahia). The land consists of available spaces for project implementation, as well as legal reserves (mainly forests, so called Areas of Environmental Protection). The total usable area is approximately 106 ha (1.066.047 m²), sub-divided into several distinct landplots (with respective matriculas). It has a very diverse vegetation and a high biodiversity.
Location:
The city of Itacaré is located on the south coast of Bahia, on a stretch of coast known such as Cocoa Coast. With a length of 190 km, the coast is made up of the municipalities of Itacaré, Canavieiras, Ilhéus, Itabuna, Una and Uruçuca. The land is located in the city of Itacaré – BA, on Pontal beach and has the Rio das Contas as a border between the place and the center of the municipality. Furthermore, it is located between the cities
Maraú – BA (north) and Sambaituba-BA (south). It can be accessed by the BR 030 (via BR 367). The region in general is highly developed, with several hotels, commercial and residential parks and good infrastructure access.
