The 'HERDADE DA SANTA INGRACIA' with an overall area of 60 hectares, is located in the Estremoz Region. This property includes 25 hectares of vineyards in production, a winery with a covered area of 600 m², a Finished Product Warehouse (Wines) with 300 m², a Machine/Tool Park also covered with 600 m², a workshop and warehouse with 70 m², a Hangar for vehicles and tools with 120 m², and 4 artesian wells, three of which have a flow rate exceeding 10,000 m³/hour.
