We are located in one of the most prestigious residential areas of the Alt Emporda and Costa Brava: Torremirona Golf Club.
The residential area with the golf club is characterized by its tranquility, various services and its fantastic road connection, 15 minutes from the sea and about 30 minutes from Girona.

From here there is access to a very special part of the house: the Home Cinema, prepared for watching any type of film in high definition, with surround sound and acoustic insulation. The semi-basement also has a guest bedroom and a bathroom complete with bath and shower.
