Tina Glenn’s journey to becoming a Central Coast real estate professional and to live in San Luis Obispo was a five-year plan. Her journey began as a resident in San Luis Obispo in 2017, moving from the Bay Area, and earning her real estate sales license in 2018. Upon moving here, she personally remodeled her own historic, Gothic Victorian home, a property in downtown SLO, giving her a keen eye for design, staging, and the untapped potential in fixer-uppers. She is also invested in continuous growth and knowledge in her field by attaining her broker’s license in 2023.
Tina blends deep local knowledge with a passion for homes, people, animals, and the great outdoors. Her background includes extensive operations management experience, a B.S. in Business Management (Cal Poly Pomona & University of Phoenix), and years as a successful small business owner running an off-leash dog walking service in the Bay Area’s regional parks. Her competitive spirit — honed as a two-time All-American in the heptathlon — translates into tireless dedication, strategic problem-solving, and the drive to deliver exceptional results for her clients.
She specializes in helping clients navigate life changes, including downsizing and relocating to the Central Coast, with patience, empathy, and full-service guidance from start to finish.
