Passionate About My Clients…. I started my real estate career at Joyner Fine Properties in 2002. My life is enriched by the relationships I have formed throughout my career. To me, ultimately the buying or selling process is about my client, not the property. Experience is on my side, a valuable skill in real estate, as every deal is unique and requires a knowledge about the market and RVA. The real estate process can be daunting, so I try to add a level of enjoyment!
From The Fan to Short Pump to Midlothian and Beyond…. As a native of Richmond, I have a true appreciation of the diverse neighborhoods and houses that the city and surrounding counties offer. I am a graduate of St. Catherine’s School and received a B.S. degree from the University of Georgia (Go DAWGS!). I live in Westham in Henrico County with my husband Moultrie, an investment analyst and native of Charleston, S.C. We have two daughters who are both graduates of Washington & Lee University. Sara is currently living in Brooklyn, NY and Townsend is working for the Peace Corps in Nepal. Now an empty nester, I enjoy knitting/needlepointing, cooking and “foraging for food” (Supper Club, St. Stephen’s farmer's market, Belmont Butchery & Westhampton Pastry shop are a few favorites!), watching SEC football and tennis, taking pilates at The Shed and travel.
