A true local. Born and raised in Southern Utah, her roots in Washington County run deep. Her ancestors were among the area’s earliest settlers dating back to the middle of the 19th century. Generations of family history in St. George has given Kylee a rare and authentic connection to the community she serves.
Real estate is more than a profession for Kylee, it's part of her heritage. Raised by luxury home builders, she grew up immersed in construction sites, floor plans, and thoughtfully curated interiors. With a father overseeing building and contracting and a mother focused on interior design, Kylee developed a comprehensive understanding of the luxury home process from foundation to finish.
Kylee began selling real estate in 2007, bringing 18 years of experience to her clients. During her senior year of high school, when her parents needed someone to represent their model homes, she began taking real estate classes in the evenings. What started as a short-term plan quickly became a lifelong career. She fell in love with the business and discovered that her deep familiarity with luxury construction and land development gave her a distinctive advantage, one that continues to benefit her clients today.
She began her career specializing in new construction and land, building a strong foundation in development and high-end properties. In 2021, she elevated her business by joining Summit Sotheby's International Realty, drawn to its global brand recognition, refined marketing platform, and reputation for excellence. Outside of work, Kylee embraces the Southern Utah lifestyle she loves. She enjoys spending time in the mountains with her family dirt biking, mountain biking, and hiking. She can often be found cheering from the sidelines while watching her children play sports.
