Vikram earned a PhD in Genetics from New York University but took a leave of absence to focus on family. What began as a part-time exploration of real estate quickly evolved into a full-time passion. He first honed his skills in Manhattan before relocating to Montclair in 2004, where he and his family came to appreciate the area’s parks, tree-lined streets, and vibrant community life. His scientific background continues to shape his thoughtful, detail-oriented approach. Clients consistently praise his calm demeanor and ability to notice details about homes and neighborhoods that others often overlook. Many return to Vikram again and again, trusting him to guide them through each new chapter of homeownership.
