An estate of around 190 hectares, comprising a ruined hill with an area of 324 square metres, a ruined house of 72 square metres, with scattered holm oak groves, 4 ponds, two boreholes and it is all fenced off, has electricity and good access.
It has great potential for animal husbandry or even rural tourism to enjoy the tranquillity and beautiful landscapes of the Alentejo.
The estate is located between the Serra do Caldeirao and the Alentejo plain. It is only 64 kilometres from Almodovar, 75 kilometres from the Algarve (Faro) and 215 kilometres from Lisbon.
