The 'HERDADE DO SOBRAL E DA FIGUEIRA BRAVA' is located near Avis, in the Alentejo Region. It covers an area of 376 hectares and is also very close to the Maranhao and Montargil dams.
This is an investment property with guaranteed financial returns. It is morphologically flat and slightly undulating and enjoys good access. It consists mainly of cork oak forest (cork), and the cork stripping of the entire estate is done in a single year. The next harvest is expected around 2027, with an estimated yield of 30 to 38 thousand arrobas of cork. In the past, it has reached about 45 thousand arrobas. However, as some trees have become weaker over time, it is expected that production will be slightly lower, which can be replenished over time through renewal and new plantings.
