It is next to El Corte Ingles, at Avenida da Republica 1363, 4430-192 V. N. Gaia with the Joao de Deus metro stop right in front of the door, buses and all services and shops nearby. It has a car park with spaces that can be rented and also other car parks nearby.
It is an 8-storey building where we offer a wide variety of offices and flexible working solutions.
On the 1st floor we have the reception, 2 meeting rooms and the space dedicated to the Hot Desk and Dedicated Desk and a speech room with capacity for up to 15 people.
On the 2nd, 3rd and 7th floors we have offices with various typologies but the idea is to lease either the entire floor to a company or we can lease half a floor, right or left. One half floor has a capacity for 22 workstations, the other half has a capacity for 32 workstations.
On the 4th, 5th and 6th floors, we rent private offices in the living room. We have offices from 4 to 14 workstations.
On the 8th floor is the lounge space with cafe area, event area and terrace.
On the -3 floor we have parking spaces for rent.
The value of the private office is calculated based on the number of positions. Prices from 220€ + VAT*
