Mixed lot (rustic and urban) with 56.500 sqm, enabling construction of up to 1.750 sqm of covered area, according to the current Municipality's land use, zoning and construction rules applicable to the 3.500 sqm urban lot. There are two ruined buildings built in terraces lined with stone walls.
This plot of land is located within Arrabida Natural Park's boundaries, at the edge of the urban area of Vale da Rasca, 10 minutes from Azeitao, 3 minutes from the Sado estuary and 5 minutes from Setubal.
