Plot of land with 29 ha and a ruin with 200 sqm of gross construction area, located in Sitio das Ventosas, Portimao, Algarve. This property features two lagoons, one measuring 3,500 sqm intended for agricultural use, and another adjacent to the ruin, with an area of 1,200 sqm. Additionally, the property has a license for drilling a water well.
The land offers various possibilities for use; one option is to restore the ruin and transform it into a residential property, providing the opportunity to create a charming house with beautiful views of the landscape and a private lagoon. Another alternative is to divide the land into four plots.
