Beautiful apartment is rented in Marina Botafoc in the Acuario Building. It is located in one of the most exclusive walks in Ibiza, a few meters from the city of Ibiza and Talamanca Beach. It has community gardens and swimming pool.
It is a first floor and consists of 1 double room, an equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and a balcony. It has air conditioning.
*The rentals we manage are covered by seasonal rental contracts, and never by vacation rentals. In no case is it a habitual residence. It is regulated by the Urban Leases Law 29/1994, in its art. 3, section 2, with qualification 'use other than housing', the regulation of which is contemplated in Title III. *.
