ОПИСАНИЕ
All the natural wealth typical of this region of Minho - Its refreshing green, the pure and immaculate air that impregnates the soothing and rejuvenating surrounding atmosphere is well marked and present throughout the approximately 50,000 m2 that make up this property.
It is a centennial farmhouse, with a manor house of distinctive and elegant design with coat of arms and chapel, located just 15 minutes from Ponte de Lima.
The manor house and its annexes are located on a small promontory next to the chapel, which allows a fascinating view from the entrance over the entire surroundings.
The property consists of 47,000 m2 of arable land, currently dedicated to the production of apple trees, manor house with two floors and 260 m2 of implantation, annexes and shops with 170 m2 of implantation.
At the top of the property there is a mill with 130 m2 of implantation area, threshing floor (in stone), granaries, tank. By a hill with 1 ha and possibility of building a house up to 250 m2.
