Vale da Areia is a small, private housing development within walking distance into Ferragudo and located just 200 meters from the nearest beach, with wonderful south facing exposure and views of the beautiful River Arade and across the Bay.
The terrain is marked by ancient terraces marked by stone walls that soften the relief, punctuated by Olive trees, Carob trees and many other spieces - this project area presents a degree of naturalness of landscape beauty.
