This recently fully modernised and refurbished villa is situated on a large plot on the edge of an established community and only a short walk from the town centre.
The main house offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms with walk-in showers, one en-suite. There is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a centrally located dining room and a living room with exit onto the pool terrace. The house is modern and open, and integrated ceiling spot lights and numerous large windows provide a bright ambience. Both the house and the entire terrace have been laid with wood-look tiles, and all rooms are air-conditioned.
The spacious terrace is partially stepped and surrounded by volcanic stone walls. At the house there are several covered sitting areas and around the heated pool there is plenty of space for sun loungers.
The lower level of the terrace leads to a charming outdoor BBQ area and a separate annexe used as a function and leisure room. The room features a bar counter and kitchen, a central dining area, an inviting sofa corner and a bathroom in the back. The recreation room can easily be converted into another flat if needed.
The house also includes a small separate studio flat with a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen-living room. The rear part of the property is currently being converted into a garden.
There are two spacious garages with space for 4 vehicles, storage space and a small study.
Location
Playa Blanca is located at the southern tip of Lanzarote and is only a 30 minute drive from the airport. The town is full of excellent bars, shops and restaurants, where all nationalities are welcome and catered for, but also has a tranquil atmosphere, suitable for all ages. Playa Blanca boasts some of the best beaches on the island such as the ones located at Papagayo, Flamingo and Playa Dorada; plus the vibrant area of Marina Rubicon. The seafront walkway stretches all along the bay of Playa Blanca. There is an excellent local bus service which runs from the lighthouse to Papagayo. It is easy to access the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura via the regular ferry service.
