The property is spectacular, all walled, with a mix of old and new walls, facing south, with fantastic views of the Douro River Valley and the Pinhao River Valley.
The project consists of a gross construction area of 1,888m2, and has a construction license, issued in July 2024.
The architectural project was designed by Arq Camilo Rebelo and MIMA Housing.
The property is certified for organic production.
The business plan foresees an operating result, in a cruise year, of €650,000.
The project is in the application phase for European funds, and is expected to obtain €3,100,000, including €1,400,000 in non-repayable funds.
