PIP approved at the end of 2021 for urban development and construction of flats and a 4 star hotel.

Located at the entrance of Setubal, in the new developed area of Setubal with new roads around the neighbourhood and a new shopping centre (the first in Setubal) which opened in October 2014 the plots are located south of Antero de Quental Avenue.
