DESCRIPTION
A - A central “noble” space on three levels for a total of approximately 1200sqm.
a.1 The lobby - The lobby is a large rectangular environment from which you can access the various rooms of the Palace.
The lobby is connected to the hallway where we find the service elevator, and a bathroom. The gross surface area is about 150sqm.
a.2 The inner courtyard - In addition to the lobby, between this and the high wall towards the Lungotevere, there is a delightful inner courtyard.
Characteristic are all brick flooring kits.
The gross surface area is about 128sqm.
a.3 Noble Floor - F. 1 ° - Surface about 403sqm.

To the left of the main entrance there are four more rooms and some rooms with different destinations arranged on different levels for a total of 330sqm. The various levels are vertically connected by large staircase and condominium elevator.
