The layout of the building is as follows:
Lower Floor (133 sq meters): One bedroom with one double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower, a kitchen, and one living room with a TV, a fireplace and access to the veranda. Outdoor shaded sitting, lounge, and dining area with a ceiling fan and a BBQ close to the swimming pool. Outdoor bathroom with shower.
Middle Floor(133 sq meters): Modern kitchen fully equipped with all modern electrical appliances. Dining room, living room with a flat-screen TV with DVD player, a fireplace, and access to the veranda equipped with a modern sound system and a beautiful view to the town and the port of Hydra. There is a room on the middle floor (without sea view) which can accommodate one person.
Upper Floor(100 sq meters): One Master En-suite bedroom (double bed, a TV, a walking closet with safety box) with access to a veranda with a panoramic view overlooking the main town and the port. Two bedrooms with two single beds each (one with access to the veranda) and a bathroom with shower.
