The HOFT project is located in a landscaped area at Strelnieku 5 in the embassy quarter of the Riga City Center. The building at 5 Strelnieku Street is a reconstructed architectural monument with two floors added. The building in the yard is a new building. There are 42 apartments in the Project, the area of apartments: from 76 m2 to 232 m2, with the possibility of combining. All apartments have balconies with a width of at least 1.80 m, large bright windows and floor-to-ceiling windows with magnificent views of the courtyard and trees. The apartments are offered at the stage of gray finishing with the possibility of completing repairs according to ready-made design solutions or individual taste preferences of the client. HOFT architecture is a careful restoration of the historical facade, the installation of trees as part of the architecture of the building, structural glazing as a mirror reflecting the surrounding historical building.
