It is an area with very flat topography and suitable soil for the implementation of subdivisions (landplots), real estate/residential and hotel developments, located on the margins of BA 506, a 7.5 km road that connects BA 099 (Green Line) to Vila de Subaúma, a beautiful beach located in the municipality of Entre Rios.

Through the Green Line and roads that connect to it, one has easy access to other highways such as BR 101 and BA 093 and to cities like Salvador, Lauro de Freitas, Entre Rios, Alagoinhas, Camaçari, Aracaju etc.
Because it is on the side of the paved road with asphalt that connects the Green Line to the Village of Subaúma, it has excellent and easy access and ease for connections related to the supply of water and electricity, since the networks that provide these services pass along the BA 506.

Recently, a group with Belgian capital installed a resort-type hotel in Vila de Subaúma, demonstrating the growth trend of the tourist segment in the region.
