The owners of the plots and homes are an international crowd who spend their vacations at the condominium at different times of the year to escape their busy lives and environments.

The local village of Maracajau is 1km down the beach or a 3 minute ride on a quad bike or beach buggy. Here you can get most of the supplies you need to live simply and well, fresh fish, lobster, cold Brazilian beer, chilled wine, organic fruit and vegetables and good red meat for your barbeques.!
If you prefer to stay home and lounge by the pool, no problem,there are trusted staff close-by who can fetch fresh supplies,cook for you and attend to any tasks you may need.
You can find bigger supermarkets on the outskirts of Natal city, 35 minutes drive away. The international airport with direct flights to Europe is only 40 minutes drive.
Maracajau is a diving, water sports resort so if you fancy something more active,you can try the nearby water park, snorkeling, fishing trips, kite or wind surfing or go quad biking around the dunes, horse-riding down deserted beaches.Natal city is only 45 minutes drive for shopping, cinemas, nightlife etc
