Description
Isla Mutri of 25 ha is inserted in the fjords of Chilean Patagonia, it is part of the Llanchild Islands group, where Linguar Island stands out as the largest.
Of abundant native vegetation and pleasant topography, it has 2.1 km of coastline with regular edges that house 1 landfall port. There is also 1 deep well and a fifth of fruit trees.
It has great tourist potential, it is surrounded by hot springs such as those of Pichicolo, Llancahue, Porcelana, Cahuelmo and Lago Cabrera, it can become a great stopover place for the many yachts and sailboats that visit the fjords every year.
