The house we present is located in an idyllic area of Esplugues, very close to Barcelona, in the middle of nature, but at the same time very well communicated and close to the best international schools.
The house has a very logical distribution, making good use of all the spaces, with the aim of providing maximum comfort to all the rooms.
All the rooms are very bright, thanks to their extraordinary orientation, and have their own bathroom. In addition, the whole house has a large number of perfectly integrated custom-made wardrobes to keep everything organized.
It has a beautiful garden, one of the most beautiful of the set, perfect to receive, sunbathe and enjoy moments of relaxation.
The materials are of the highest quality and very neutral, so they will adapt to any design style.
One of our favorite rooms is undoubtedly the top floor where we find a study, or large suite where you will contemplate spectacular views, with absolute tranquility, at the foot of the room, a beautiful terrace, where sunbathing or enjoy the views, is a luxury.
