This beautiful property on the Osa Peninsula includes 54ha of titled land and utilizes an additional 16ha of beachfront which are part of natural heritage of the state. The beach, a protected and isolated cove, is directly in front of the field station, providing opportunities for swimming and snorkeling. The property can be sold as a private estate for conservation, or be sold as the currently operating environmental education center, including the database, website, email accounts, trip advisor profile, promotional material, you tube presence, etc. This is a great property for conservation and relaxation purposes as well.
