-Bedroom 5 (Single bed 90cm) with a mezzanine and a small ensuite shower/WC room. This room is perfect for staff.
These rooms have an independent entrance and opens onto the garden.
Independent air conditioned bedroom with balcony and sea views:
- Bedroom 6 (Bed 160 cm) with ensuite shower room/ WC
All bedrooms are air conditioned and have sea views.
Large terrace in front of the house with views on the sea and Antibes; this area is fitted out as a summer lounge and dining area.
This terrace leads to the infinity pool (10x6m) with a security fence.
