Description
This report was prepared in order to assess the technical data for the overall area of 192,688 m2 lying between Porto Heli and Ermioni in the coastal area of Sindoni.
The area is divided into three parts
• An area of 113.927 m2, where a Presidential Decree for private urbanization has recently been issued (which also includes one holiday residence).
• The coastal area of 55,361.2 m2, which remains outside the urban planning zone and is assessed in terms of the possibility to create a hotel complex.
• An overall area of 23,400 m2, divided into 4 plots where four (4) holiday residences have been built respectively
