The villa is located in a quiet agricultural area, 3 km from Parikia, the main town of the island. There is a path connecting the house to the nearby beach of Parasporos. The house is composed of a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ. On the upper floor of the house there is the kitchen, a sitting room, and the dining area, a veranda with view over the port of Parikia.
The lower floor of the house where there is a bathroom with a water massage bathtub, a wardrobe and a sitting room with direct access to the swimming pool.
