Description
The total area of the land is divided into:
2000m2 intended for private green areas.
3000m2 of commercial / hospitality use.
10.000m2 with a floor area of 1.31m2m2.
The result is 13,100m2 intended for:
10100m2 of residential use. Of which 66 homes could be obtained.
In order for all this to be possible, the town council requires the conditioning of the adjoining plot, with an area of 9000m2 for green areas, from which the terraces of premises destined for the hospitality industry can benefit.
