On the ground floor there is a lovely porch which leads to a large living room with fireplace, further living room and kitchen with external access to a panoramic terrace and a convenient storage room; on the first floor there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a panoramic outdoor loggia. On the basement floor there is a large garage of 150 sqm.
Outdoor spaces
Outside in front of the farmhouse we find an annex of about 40 square meters paved with wooden beams. There is a well. There is the possibility to build another farmhouse for about 120 square meters. Garden with tall trees and swimming pool with panoramic view.
