Inaugurated on October 22, 2010 under the High Patronage of HM King Mohammed VI, after five years of restoration work. The Annoujoum Palace records daily the passage of hundreds of visitors who remain in ecstatic admiration in front of the splendor of its architecture. The palace has a princely portal and a very harmonious facade. On the upper floors, four large bedrooms, two suites, two kitchenettes, a large gallery, a very large lounge, large terraces overlooking the Medina and the Merinid tombs.
The property which has a surface of approximately 850 m ² is sold jointly with another adjacent building, totally to restore, of 650 m ², of the same time, with an important representation hall with an old painted wooden pagoda ceiling, which will allow significantly expand the structure and have the service entrance remote from the main entrance.
