Characteristics of the Area:
The total area is 189 ha, consisting of 138 ha and additional 51 ha of lots
It is located in the municipality of Vera Cruz, on the Ilha da Itaparica, about 1 km from the Vila do Catu.
The Forest area comprises about 149 ha with hiking trails (by foot, horse etc.)
Grassland with about 40 ha
5.000m2 of additional lots, on the edge of the beach, in continuity with the farm

The area has a enormous valorization potential, increased by the bridge-project between Salvador and the Island of Itaparica and
existing bridge connecting the Island of Itaparica and the mainland, in the direction of Nazaré das Farinhas
and Sto. Antônio de Jesus.
