The project consists of a basement level where 18 garages, machinery room, staff changing rooms and an "English" patio are located, which allows light to enter this level. At sidewalk level is the main entrance of the building, next to the reception and surveillance. We also find on this level the entrance of vehicles, both personal, which will be parked in the garages on the lower level, as well as those for loading and unloading, which will have a maneuvering space close to the warehouses found on this floor as to the forklift for the deposits of the upper levels.
