The Resort is designed as a residential tourist resort on an area of 53,534 m2, of which ~ 37,000 m2 is within the construction area for residential use, 10,600 m2 in the area of sports and recreation, while the rest of the plot is unused. The site is located 30 km from Rovinj, 50 km from Pula, 30 km from Porec, 10 km from Pazin, and 7 km from the A8 highway "Istrian Y". It is designed as a residential area house for recreation or you can sell each property separately. It is expected that 26 of the facility, of which 22 villas with pools on plots surface 750-1600 m2, the three business - residential buildings, wine cellar, sports, and recreation zone, and golf driving ranges.
