Description
(Ref .: cascais / Q / 00161 - Casas na Hora - Loja Cascais) Of unusual size in the North of the Country is a farm essentially composed of two extensions of similar areas but of different characteristics. 1) Forest with an area of approximately 55 hectares. It is constituted, mostly by eucalyptus, but also with oaks, pines, etc. Eucalyptus is spontaneously regenerated in the same foot. 2) Agricultural area of similar size (totaling almost 110 hectares) and with 17 old granite houses, uninhabited and of various volumetrics and locations, Casa de Magães being a 15th-century U-shaped manor with 40 meters of front, ground floor (winery and cellars) and 1st floor housing and, attached, azenha, ex-alembic and carriage, also with ground floor and first floor housing, all lacking in restoration and infrastructure (there are, however, electrical lines and telephone). It is 3 km from the center of the city of Marco de Canavezes and 4 km from the bay on the Tâmega River. Pass it close to the east and the Douro Railway Line (to be electrified this year) and the Ribeira do Juncal / Rio da Galinhas (tributary of the Tâmega River); to the west it is sectioned, in the forest, by the National Road 211 of Paredes de Viadores / Régua, as well as, and in the middle, by its own road cobbled to parallelepipeds and with about 1.7 km of extension. Of excellent solar exposition, with many points of water (with a hertzian hole), some of them with potable water and granite tanks and many loam beds granite (very abundant material locally), its excellent edaphic-climatic conditions call it to (there was a vineyard for the production of green (red and white wine) of local quality), fresh or dried fruits, cereals, vegetables, flowers and livestock grazing. Nearby is the Quinta de Vilacetinho (currently a major exporter of green wine), which has been producing a high-class wine for decades. For potential manpower, there are some families / residents locally, in other times "farmhouse" Quinta, as well as electricity and telephone infrastructure and other more upstream hostelries. It is classified territorially by 10 Rustic Articles and 4 Urban Articles, 3 of those with almost 20 hectares each. Excellent opportunity considering the quality of the land, with good means of communication and for its great extension, unusual in Minho
