House Levene, is a masterpiece of architecture tempers, constructed with maximum respect for nature, maximizing the qualities that nature offers and attending a minimal impact on it. The geometric trace of the plant respects the existing trees on the plot, which has an area of 1441 m2. Providing housing height is adapting to the slope of the plot. The housing program is developed, in what the authors called specialized arms, each harboring a specific program. The uneven terrain makes housing development in leaps middle ground, allowing the division of the interior into two houses within it. On the one hand, the top floor with separate access 2 bedrooms (two arms) associated with a game room (arm) and the main entrance of the house are located. The rest of the volume of housing is a development of privacy as we descend in height, first with the lounge - bar and screening room - study (arm) and the next lower floor a playful program indoor heated pool ( an arm) another kitchen - dining room - use wildcard (arm) and a large covered outdoor terrace (arm).
