Sendero del Sol is an exclusive Vacation Complex, located in Valeria del Mar (Pinamar District, Atlantic Coast of Argentina), 200 meters from the beach, 2 minutes from Carilo and 5 minutes from Pinamar. It consists of 5 building blocks, among which are located the Aparts (15 units), the Service Areas, Reception and Pool Area, Jacuzzis and Waterfall. The complex is completely fenced and has a security system with cameras and an alarm center. The cabins were built on a dune surrounded by trees and distributed on terraces facing the sun, in the form of an amphitheater with views of the pool and the surrounding forest. The Complex's Profile is markedly family-oriented and adheres to the Slow Philosophy, seeking a technological detox for the family during their vacations. It is open exclusively during the Summer Season. Each Apart has a bedroom with wardrobe / closet and storage, a full bathroom and a living room integrated with a kitchen. Each unit is fully equipped to accommodate between 4 and 5 people. They have: refrigerator, microwave, stove, 2 TVs, ceiling and standing fans. It has a front terrace with a plow disk barbeque, a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Also each Apart has an uncovered parking lot in front of the Complex. (Parking for ATVs is offered, in a covered area specially built for this purpose, secured with alarm sensors and filmed with a specific camera). The cabins are oriented towards the sun, on three levels, with large individual terraces. Due to safety regulations, the units do not contain gas appliances. The stoves are electric and the heating is by radiant floor, with temperature control from each cabin. It is sold equipped.
