This villa is an absolute surprising and unique unit assuming that the designer had absolute free hands and greater visions when he designed this building.
It`s construction is in minimalistic style though the interior decorating skills and creativity of the owners have made this home very inviting.
When entering the villa a 400 year old Olive tree is left in peace inside the construction.
All 4 bedrooms are positioned well apart for total privacy. One bedroom and en suite bathroom is located directly to the right from the entrance. As you continue through the hallway another bedroom with en suite bathroom is located left of the entrance.
Straight forward the living presents itself in an open plan situation where you find – on entrance level to the right – the fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 and a separate dining area for 8 persons. The living room and recreational area is one level down.
From the kitchen area there is direct access to the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The master bedroom is absolutely spacious with a great en suite bathroom and walk in closet with views to the pool area. In total there are 4 bedrooms and a possibility of an extra 2 sleeps in the open plan living. The fourth bedroom with en suite bathroom is located in the basement area with direct access to the pool area.
The partly covered terrace with its quality terrace furniture as well as the lounge seating has an atmosphere of great cosiness.
POOL HEATING: The pool can be heated during low season (October – May) at an additional cost of Euro 300/week. If customers require pool heating this needs to be informed when making a reservation or at least 1 week before arrival.
At the pool sight there are various sunbeds for sunbathing.
The property is located in a short distance to public transportation and shopping. And is very near the Port of Banus.
