Villa Carpe Diem is situated on the Dalmatian peninsula Peljesac, just 500m away from town Orebic and a stone throw away from a long pebble beach Trstenica. Estate of Villa Carpe Diem spreads on 12.000m2 of land plot with rich Mediterranean vegetation, bursting with palm, fig and olive trees, bushes of flowers, intertwined with alighted path leading from the sea through the garden, by the swimming pool area to the Villa. Villa Carpe Diem can easily accommodate 16 guests into 8 bedrooms. Every room has its own private bathroom. There are 5 parking spaces within the property.
The central part of Villa Carpe Diem consists of a spacious dining and living area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and three terraces with outdoor dining and lounge furniture. Each terrace has a wonderful sea view and also there is a telescope to use during starry summer nights. In the central part there are additional two guest toilettes.
The right wing of Villa Carpe Diem contains 4 air-conditioned double bedrooms with their own private bathrooms and terraces with lunge furniture. One of the bedrooms is master bedroom with commodious bathroom with designer bathtub equipped with aroma oils and scents for relaxation. Here, there is also a separate bathroom with shower. Master bedroom has two terraces, outdoor lounge furniture and office table with computer and Internet access. All rooms have SAT-TV.
The left wing of Villa Carpe Diem consists of two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower. There are additional two bedrooms in this part of the Villa, which can be connected into a family room that shares one bathroom with shower. All rooms have SAT-TV.
From the central part of Villa Carpe Diem there is a furnished path leading from elevated part of the property to a part with swimming pool, summer kitchen, barbecue, vine bar and dining table. Swimming pool is surrounded with sunbathing deckchairs. There are paths leading from villa to three elevated plateaus equipped with outdoor sitting furniture.
Villa Carpe Diem is completely air conditioned and equipped with LCD SAT-TV’s, DVD players, Internet access and computer. Every bathroom has a hair dryer. Kitchen has standard kitchen equipment such as microwave oven, fridge with icemaker, freezer, kettle, cafe machine, juice maker, blander, 2 grills. Villa Carpe Diem also has laundry room, baby cot and baby high chair. Villa has private parking area.
