Hotel with 18 rooms and 785 m2 of net usable area, located in the first row to the sea, with a mooring for boats. The building extends over four floors, i.e. the ground floor and three floors. It was completely renovated between 2012 and 2013 and reopened in 2014, and since then has been well maintained with occasional minor cosmetic improvements. It is only 9 km from the nearest highway exit, 18 km from Krka National Park, 25 km from Zadar airport and 70 km from Split airport. The hotel is well placed on the market with the possibility of additional development.
