The city of Lecco can be reached in about 20 minutes (approx. 15 km) by car, while the city of Como is about 41 km away. The Lombard metropolis of Milan, also connected by the railway network, can be reached in about an hour and a quarter by car. The international airports of Malpensa and Linate are an hour and a half away (approx. 84 km), the Swiss city of Lugano with its regional airport can be reached in an hour and 45 minutes (approx. 89 km).
For winter sports enthusiasts, the most famous ski resorts, such as St. Moritz, Madesimo and Bormio, are less than two hours away by car.
