DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS, STATE AND FINISHES
The farmhouse (485 sqm – 5,219 sqft, 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms) is a brick building, typical of the Marche region, structured on three floors. The building has been entirely renovated from a practically abandoned farmhouse: the typical finishes of the rural structure have been preserved (such as the beautiful brick vaults on the ground floor) with the addition of modern elements to ensure maximum comfort for guests. The building also has a photovoltaic system (4.5 kW) and solar panels (12 kW) for domestic hot water production.

The owners currently live here, but this structure could easily be used for guest accommodation as well.
EXTERIOR
The buildings are surrounded by a well-maintained garden of 13,340 square meters (3.2 acres), mostly flat and enriched by 39 centuries-old olive trees, vines and fruit trees (cherry, pear and apple trees) as well as berry bushes.
Between the two buildings is the 14 × 6 m swimming pool surrounded by a stone solarium with umbrellas and sunbeds. Slightly downstream from the house is a sauna with a hot tub.
