In winter the riverside path is a nordic skiing piste and in summer a beautiful walking area that includes the impressive Nyon waterfall. The chalet is situated just 2km from the mayors office in the centre of Morzine. With new windows and doors through out, plus a recently refurbished roof, the chalet has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of which are ensuite. An attractive living area and kitchen/diner open out on to a balcony terrace with excellent views and steps that descend to a garden. There is another terrace to the side of the house that would be perfect for a hot tub or exterior sauna.
