Casa Naila is located in Puertecito, a small community on the coast of Puerto Escondido, the hottest destination in Oaxaca. The location of the house is perfect as it is built in such a way that you have a view of the ocean from 2 fronts. The architectural project, winner of multiple awards, is developed both inside and outside, seeking spatial and functional efficiency where the core of the project are the social areas that connect with the private ones through a central patio and the pool, in this way a simple, aesthetic and low maintenance home with capacity for 15 people is achieved. The objective is to have the least impact on the land where being a beach house most of the activities are carried out outside Built with materials of rural architecture in Oaxaca such as palm bone, clay, earth and exposed concrete.
