The Herdade do Paco Real spans approximately 82 hectares and is located near Mora, in the Alentejo region. The property is fully fenced around its entire perimeter and features several internal enclosures for livestock. It has an underground water supply network connected to an artesian well with abundant water, situated at the highest point of the land. This location also houses a water tank/reservoir, which, through gravity, supplies various points for animal troughs and a potential irrigation system for the flatter, cleared lands.
The estate also includes a small reservoir that maintains water year-round, as well as electricity on-site. A key feature is the cork oak forest, which produces around 8,000 arrobas of cork every nine-year cycle.

Construction Opportunities: With 3 rustic land registries, it allows for the construction of a farmer's residence on each parcel, as per the legislation outlined in the PROTA (Planning and Land Management Plan for the Alentejo). Each house may have a maximum area of 500 m², a single floor, and a maximum height of 3.5 meters, allowing for a total of 3 houses of 500 m² each.
Agricultural Warehouses: Construction of agricultural warehouses is also permitted, with areas tailored to the farmer's needs.
Rural Hotel: The construction of a rural hotel is allowed, with a maximum capacity of 200 beds, a construction index of 0.08, and a soil impermeabilization index of 0.02. The hotel may have a maximum of 2 floors plus a basement, with a ceiling height of 6.5 meters.
