Description

The commercial land for sale is located in a strategic position in the municipality of Lagundo. 3. “maximum urban planning volume”: indicates the maximum above-ground volume of a building,
calculated using the methods set out in the DPP of 26 June 2020, no. 24 and subsequent amendments.
4. “average height of buildings”: indicates the maximum height of the building calculated using the methods set out in the Building Regulations, DPP of 27 August 2021, no. 27, letter “o”
5. “absolute height of the building”: indicates the maximum height of the building calculated in accordance with the methods set out in the Building Regulations, DPP of 27 August 2021, no. 27, letter “n”

ART 6. IMPLEMENTATION RULES FOR THE PRODUCTIVE SETTLEMENTS AREA D2 OF THE MUNICIPAL URBAN PLAN
According to Art. 13 of the implementation rules:
The following building rules apply:
1. maximum coverage ratio: 70%
2. maximum height of buildings: 9.0 m
3. minimum distance from the border: 5 m
4. minimum distance between buildings: 10 m: 3 m
5. maximum ratio of impervious surface: 90%
6. at least 10% of the lot surface must be landscaped.
Art 7. DISTANCES BETWEEN BUILDINGS
Regardless of the line that identifies the “maximum building limit” of the regulatory plan,
the minimum distance of 3.00 m between buildings must always be respected, in accordance with the rules indicated
in the Civil Code. Adherent construction is permitted.
Art 8. DISTANCES FROM BORDERS
The distance from the borders (Border of the zone) is a minimum distance of 5.0 m.

According to article 27 (Industrial Zone), paragraph 5, of the law of 10 July 2018, n. 9, service homes cannot be built.
