A large porch extends in front of the kitchen and living room extending the rooms to the outside and overlooks the garden enjoying the uninterrupted view of the beautiful Tuscan countryside that fades into the distance and where you can walk along its paths.
On the ground floor , large entrance hall with beautiful staircase to the upper floor and access to the living area where we find in addition to a study and a room used for reading and television, an impressive living room with fireplace and large bookcases. Magliano is a medieval village surrounded by a wonderful, well-preserved city wall, overlooking the Tuscan countryside and surrounded by rolling hills and medieval villages and with magnificent views towards the Argentario promontory and the island of Giglio.
In the surrounding countryside is the Abbey of San Bruzio, dating back to the 6th century AD, which hosts numerous events inside. The landscape is gently hilly, where there is a breeze from the sea and the climate is temperate.
